Our international Law firm was founded by Ms. Adriana I. Hincapie Vargas, attorney at law licensed in Colombia. She received her Juris Doctor from Universidad La Gran Colombia in Bogota, in 1991.
Ms. Hincapie Vargas began practicing law working for the Colombian government, in the Ministrie of Justice, where she worked during twelve years in the implementation of Alternative Dispute Resolution as a public policy of Access to the Justice for everyone in the whole country.
Also, the attorney Hincapie Vargas worked as a Professor of Law in Colombian Universities like Universidad Externado de Colombia, Universidad Libre de Colombia, and she was speaker in hundreds of conferences and seminars, in many universities as well.
The Attorney Hincapie Vargas earned two post-graduate specializations: in Economic Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and in Administrative Law from Universidad Libre de Colombia.
Being Certified as Foreign Legal Consultant in Colombian Law by The Florida Bar, attorney Adriana Hincapie Vargas opened her own International Law Firm offering her legal services in the State of Florida having represented hundreds of clients with legal matters to solve in cities like Bogota, Medellin, Cali, Bucaramanga, Cucuta, Cartagena, Villavicencio, Ibague, Armenia, and many others, giving to her clients peace in mind no having to be in Colombia to resolving them.
Also, Ms. Adriana Hincapie has been commissioned since 2009 as a Notary Public of Florida and she offers notarial services of administering oaths and affirmations, taking acknowledgments, and attesting to copies of documents. She also solemnizes marriages.
