Our international Law firm was founded by Mrs. Adriana I. Hincapie Vargas, attorney at law licensed in Colombia, South America, in 1991, also year when she started her professional carrier working with the Colombian government, in the Ministery of Justice where she worked during twelve years in the implementation of Alternative Dispute Resolution as a public policy of Access to the Justice for everyone in the whole country.
Also, the attorney Hincapie Vargas worked as a Professor of Law in Colombian Universities like Universidad Externado de Colombia, Universidad Libre de Colombia, and she was speaker in hundreds of conferences and seminars, in many universities as well.
The Attorney Hincapie Vargas earned two postgraduates specializations: in Economic Law from the Externado de Colombia University, and in Administrative Law from the Libre de Colombia University.
Being Certified as Foreign Legal Consultant in Colombian Law by The Florida Bar, attorney Adriana Hincapie Vargas opened her own International Law Firm offering her legal services in the State of Florida for Colombia, having represented hundreds of clients with legal matters to solve in cities like Bogota, Medellin, Cali, Bucaramanga, Cucuta, Cartagena, Villavicencio, Ibague, Armenia, and many others, giving to her clients peace in mind no having to be in Colombia to resolving them.
Also, Mrs. Adriana has been commissioned since 2009 as a Notary Public of Florida and offers her services of authentication of signatures and documents, as well as the celebration of marriages, in the State of Florida.
